DENVER, Aug. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Western Trust, a private bank and wealth management firm serving as the financial home for wealth creators across the West, today announced three leadership promotions supporting the company’s continued growth across the Denver metro area. Brian Weldon has been named Regional President, Bryce Parietti has been promoted to Market President of Cherry Creek, and Rob Miles has been promoted to Market President of Denver Tech Center.

The promotions strengthen First Western Trust’s leadership across its Denver metro markets as the company continues to expand its presence and deepen client relationships throughout Colorado.

Brian Weldon Named Regional President

Brian Weldon, formerly Market President of Cherry Creek, has been promoted to Regional President. In his new role, Weldon will continue supporting clients directly while leading First Western Trust’s growth and coordination across the Denver metro area and surrounding markets.

Bryce Parietti Promoted to Market President, Cherry Creek

Bryce Parietti has been promoted to Market President of Cherry Creek. Parietti brings more than eight years of experience with First Western Trust, including the past two years as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, working directly with many of the market’s clients.

“Cherry Creek is where I’ve built my career, and it’s where I want to keep building,” said Parietti. “I’ve had the opportunity to learn from Brian every step of the way, and that mentorship has shaped how I lead and how I show up for our clients. Rob Miles Promoted to Market President, Denver Tech Center

Rob Miles has been promoted to Market President of Denver Tech Center. Miles joined First Western Trust in April 2025 and brings 25 years of financial services experience in Colorado, helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial needs.
