Item 5.02                                           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 27, 2018, Gary B. Lutz resigned from First Western Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) to accept a position with another company in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Mr. Lutz previously served as the Company’s President of Product Groups.  At this time, the Company does not intend to hire a replacement.
